A Doctor’s Secret To Customer Satisfaction

During a long boring wait in a Dr’s office i notice a small paper stuck to the wall close to his desk. That paper gave a secret to this doctot’s huge practice.
Scrawled on that paper was “turkish” and had the turkish word for “How are you?”, next to the english counterpart.

A word or two in someone’s native tongue certainly makes them feel a little warmer in the cold world of managed care. It can lead to a conversation about a recent trip. When dealing with an Israeli or Yiddush speaking grandma, a hebrew or yiddush work can help break the ice..

The last line on the paper stated “güle güle”(bye).
